250mb on 1gb or 2gb is not practical at all. it doesn't scale well.

I would have loved an instant win promo where winners are selected at random, but that is also not possible on this platform. Facebook has such though.

the 2 options left are therefore flat discounts or 250mb on every 10gb for everyone.
