You have always been thinking dollar has gone down, i have told you to go online and make a purchase, then bring me feedback or you pay with paypal with additional 5% Paypal charge. This shipping is to Lagos, your laptop weighs 15pounds instead of the normal laptop weight of 8-9pounds. Go confirm the weight from the site.
