90% sure you didn't delete the Whatsapp in the vendor folder... 10% worried there might be fragments of Whatsapp left still in the phone's memory even after you eradicated the Whatsapp in the vendor folder.

Actually when I try to delete the apk using root explorer, it will say successful but it's not deleting, but it has been uninstalled. What am I still getting wrong

I have been hearing people making the same statement and I wondered if english had changed again cause I was taught in school that english is the only language that keeps evolving, so I had to use google to confirm if your statement was correct or not cause trust me english is not an african language so we ALL are bound to make mistakes.
