Please I flashed the stock Kitkat on my gionee p4. I got an update alert but after downloading the update file of about 221 my. It refuses to upgrade. I kind of feel I need to be in Stock recovery to do this. Is there a way to temporarily get back stock recovery and upgrade this without losing my stock Kitkat I flashed or can I just use my cwm recovery.

no not only stock recovery

You need to re flash jellybean ROM with PC and upgrade to KitKat from within the phone then upgrade further to the one of 221mb

@swiss i love dis lg g3 rom, so far no bugs but swiss, wen i want to upgrade my bbm on playstore, its showing that my device is not compatible, wat can i do to solve d problem.
