(ii) SSCE/GCE/NECO, etc. Statement of Result (original and five photocopies Computer printout of Private candidates SSCE result duly certified and stamped by the Principal) (Original and five photocopies).

(iii) Letter of Reference from a reputable Clergyman/Imam/Lawyer/Senior Civil Servant (Original and five photocopies). D last one, wat does it mean?

(iv) Birth Certificate/Sworn Declaration of Age (Original and five photocopies)

(v) Passport photographs with red background (12 copies).

(vi) All candidates who obtained their entry qualification i.e. WASC, GCE, NEC, etc on or before 2009 must tender the original of their certificates. (Statements of result will not be accepted).

(vii) The use of Affidavit in lieu of Statement of Result will not be accepted.

I'll explain....i filled in for delsu in my jamb..im currently a student of federal poly Ado ekiti..i heard ekiti state university was selling post utme form for those that chose and didn't choose them..So i deceided to purchase the form to make my chances wider... I wrote the post utme and got admitted into English and literary studies dept. I also heard mapoly is selling them post utme form nd bough the form...got admitted into Mass comm...in chose yabatech as my course of study...got admitted on Saturday... Mass comm..i also wrote the ppst utme of lasu..and to God be he Glory...I've been granted admission... I now await delsu's second batch admission list...as to know which school to choose before going to jamb office to reject the admission of other universities...
