the size of the 4 bedroom duplex(3 units) is 26.880m by 17.805m and will fit into one and half plot(with adequate parking) of 120 by 60 feet and that of the 4bedroom duplex(4 units) is 50.690m by 14.580m and will fit into two plots( with adequate parking).
cost: not available yet.
