The cut off mark can't be reduced,it's never done since it's been posted on the site.For medicine student,they "might" give you a course if you're 2-3 points lower than the cut off.

Anything aside merit list lack transparency for competitive course like medicine,law,accounting,etc.So getting a related med course is kinda impossible,supplementary list for competitive course is for people that know people.I'm sure u get me to some extent.

Change of Course’ at the UNILAG branch of any
of the following banks: Access Bank, Eco Bank,
First Bank, UBA Bank, WEMA Bank.
Return to the application Portal, login to the
application form, and Click on the Change of
Course Link, select the desired Programme.
Please PREVIEW the completed form before
submitting and printing. ONCE SUBMISSION
IS MADE, EDITING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.

What do they really mean by that clause. is it that one must change course before his name appears on the supplementary list? whats if the person does not want any of the said available course because most of the courses are Art, pure science and Education. no biz admin No social science. does that mean one cannot still hope for supplimentary list in his chosen course without purchasing the change of course form?
