bros, i tire pass u! We were 80 candidates invited 4 d test n very sure sm persons did nt shw up 4 diff reasons. It hs taken abt 3wks nw, lets pray n hp dia ll be lite @ d end of d tunnel!

Gud afternoon. I am d HR Manager of GTI Ltd where u did graduate recruitment test sometime ago. I send dis text 2 confam dat u are still interested n available 4 d program. If yes confam by text msg. D program is abt 2 commence now.

Truly unprofessional, it really got me wondering... I replied sha but we need to be watchful cos I smell something here, the text said 'program' instead of recruitment I am really tempted to call cos I was expecting the result of the 2months old test.

I haven't replied, maybe I should just reply and watch how things play out..

If anyone calls them, please endeavor to feed us back..

Program isn't the only confusing stuff here, spelling and sentence construction is zero. ..

The voice said d program is gonna start in a few weeks time after all has been put in place n will run for a month or so n then evaluation and selection would take place. I guess its good news then. Just wondering if everyone got d text. It sure is a nice facility to work in....dunno about d pay n stuffs like dat sha.

So the recruitment has now turned to 'a program' abi, why dint they jus send a comprehensive mail stating all you jus said? I tire for GTI o am not impressed @all, make them do quick sha I still dey wait.

The program isn't even the issue here because we applied for management trainee 'program'. The whole message looks so tacky and unprofessional. .let's see how everything turns out shaa...

and for d number that called it was an etisalat no, same with d one of d text....0909....ending in 32...I believe he called cos I replied d text with a diff no instead of d one I applied with.

was numerical n verbal, but it wasn't really gmat per se. D numericals were more of further maths. P

Hello house, GTI training program is for monday. As I understand it's a one month training program that may lead to a job offer on completion of the training program. For those who have one thing they are currently engaged in no matter how small, it involves making a decision of quitting one for the other. In light of that, I just been checking up on the company and how the work environment is, I think it's good to share it with the house so pple can make informed decisions.
This is what I got:

I know at least 5 persons who have worked there from top management to lower cadre. It's a one-man structure giving the posture of a real establishment.
They use and dump you, if you dont leave them yourself.

(4) Their labour turnover doesn't seem high based on googling out the past recruitments which are few and is a good thing that staffs don't quit alot. Except they have been recruiting 'anonymously' like this current one, which will make it difficult to determine how often they recruit or layoff staff .
