dcaliph: Employers are not stupid, if they ask you to complete an unsupervised online test, they will check the results at a later stage of the recruitment process. This typically means some form of re-testing.

If truly you did the online test yourselves, why be afraid?

That is exactly my point. I strongly believe there will be another test coming up and that might help them fish out people that employed the services of a verbal and Numerical reasoning wiz for the online test. My major P is that I can't really recall all the areas we were tested. Just hope its only Verbal and numerical. If anyone else could recall any other area plz help a brother here. The test i did was the same format with WF past questions but not the same questions.

Amen! Thanks, attitude is everything! So any news? what are we expecting? Personality test or aptitude test again? I actually over the weekend have been preparing for interview, but a kind of slowed down because of the info on test again. Any news fellas

Awwww dear... It's no biggie!
I even have problems with that timing thing. I was even surprised I was successful cus I did mine in the compulsory rescheduled Saturday, and had 25 terrible quantitative questions and 15 critical in 40mins.
Unlike union bank test I believed to write well and still wasn't successful.

UAC seems to have a long way to go with their recruitment. Besides, UAC is just one of the many eggs in different baskets!

I am glad you are in the process of getting your dream job. I do like to keep in touch with you if you don't mind, maybe we might be of help to each other some day!

I know a second test is a way of reducing the large population of applicants like it was done in NLNG recruitment. But I don't think UAC's population is large like that of NLNG applicants.

Besides, I know personality test to be used for placements in the right work departments, and UAC have never been known to do that... So if not an interview, a test seems more likely!

dljbd1: I just got an info 4rm a reliable source that the next stage is a test. Unfortunately, the details of the test and who is going to conduct it was witheld from me.
This rest in the hands of those who are current with workforce's patterns...wht do they set for second stage?

...And those who are current with UAC's recruitment process...wht should we expect?

I can only assure you that it is not going to be an interview...if successful in this then interview is next.

Just prepare randomly...this is just my opinion though. Their mails will confirm it.

My night was splendid! Thanks...U're not an accountant I guess cos that's 400level stuffs in school for those who remember, Acct 401 and if u've passed ICAN PE 1 Financial Accounting, u sh'd be conversant with what it is. Well, The Group is the total conglomerates financial performance for the year, UAC comprises of over 9 subsidiaries (companies under UAC), the Holding company is UAC, not the 1st three colums are for the Holding company plus 9 subsidiaries, while the other 3 colums for company are the report for UAC Nig. LTD. I'd suggest u go through the 'Notes to the Accounts' in subsequents pages, is a bit ambiguous sha with the introductn of IFRS, just peruse sha....
