it doesnt get hot...anyways am using a pouch dt cmes wif it...wif foam allover so it prwvents it from hotness,shock and hard fall,battery is awsum...even though i was worried about it at first,it turned out to be great,i play games like hell,and it has never shut me out wen playin one instead i get tired#but u can also order a POWER BANK from dis great guy...quality beats all...no battry is non removable#
