Thank God I got my success mail dis evening and it's my birthday...

Don't let anyone fool you, they are still yet to decide if the 2nd stage is gointg to be another test or interview! That is why they told you they will get back to you on or b4 29th of this month.Am sure Apart from the text messages, you must have got another email to that effect. Note again, if the 2nd stage interview its going to be in 2 statges. And one oF them is on group disscussion. Wish you all the Best.

Cannot agree less but my point is that it's never straight to interview.....what workforce does is assessment after the first stage....all the same I don't want another test

It is certain this fellow knows what he is saying and we are not asking the right questions.
The right questions is not about how much they pay because you will all know that in due time.
Please respect to you bro. I love informed people who are ready to share knowledge.

1) If another test, what form will it take?
2) If interview what personality or energy are they looking for?
3) How many candidates do you perceive they will pick at the end of the whole program (This question is to allow people buckle their shoe laces).
4) What are your thoughts generally?

People should learn how to ask the right questions. The above will help you make sound judgements with regards to this recruitment.

For those wondering about the pay, I can only guess that it can NEVER be below 80k I suppose.
