Asherman syndrome is a situation where the mouth cervix is close due to abortion or cs.it is the scaring of the cervix frm inside n outside tne cervix which makes it imposible for sperm to pass thru to the tubes,it also cause miscarriage.it is a big issue in fertility journey if u have it,but doctors are silence about it.like in my siuation it was during a miscarrige which require an evacuation during the healing process my cervix became scared n lead to this situation.I have done several procedures to correct it both native n in hospital,it will open n after d healing process it will close again so dat my siuation.so if u have done a successful procedure or u knw somebody who has please share

Treatment is usually conservative, antibiotics can be administered to prevent secondary infection, but the patient has to abstain from sex if the uterus has to heal properly

when i mean conservative, i mean there is no direct cure for asherman's syndrome... We just give pain relief, treat infections, give fluids, etc until when the uterus heals on its own.... See your personal doctor for more info...

so sorry about your condition dear, but you need expert help... Plss see a specialist, especially in a teaching hospital, you may run some tests, which may be expensive, but its all for your well-being!!! I pray the good lord grants your heart desire

no I don't have waist pain.it is just dat d cervix is closed sperm can't pass thru to d tubes n after baby dancing d sperm will pour out.I don't have lumps too

Asherman's is also called uterine synechae. It usually occurs following overzealous currettage of the uterus during termination of pregnancy especially when it is done by quacks, it may also occur following serious infection including abdominal TB. it doesnt just prevent semen entry into the uterus, it also affects the monthly menstrual flow in some cases.
Treatment is posssible and available in Nigeria with good success rates. A surgical procedure (adhesiolysis) will be done following which IUCD will be left in situ to maitain the already re-established uterine cavity patency. You will need to see a specialist to get this done properly, usually a consultant oby & gynae, or a resident doctor in the field ( though any doctor with good surgical skills and experience may do it).

My dear, I hope you've read all the docs said. See a good gyn in a teaching hospital. Don't visit quack o. God will grant your hearts desire. As for dh pray for him.
