visita: yeah you're right, as for the old version I liked using Juve, I use 4-4-2, their default formation and I use iaquinta and amauri as my two strikers while salihamdzic, diego, marchisio and d likes will form my midfield

I use 4-3-3 when playing some crazy counter attackers, and I use possession to frustrate opponents.

Madrid is my Plan B because of physicality. Will never forget the first day I played against PSG, they sabi foul the kain foul wey ref no go blow even inside 18yard box, na dat one dey pain pass.

Horayce: I play with 4-4-2 Holding(Ultra attack) with my chelsea team on career mode.(Fifa 14 ps4). I play on legendary difficulty albeit with customised slider settings I found online to make the cpu-AI more human(ie to be more random and lifelike and not be too perfect ala the default settings). Its been fun, coming from a PES fan. I also play online seasons(Division 2) and ultimate team . if u play online my psn is smuvern.

dhayveed: i apply "total footbal",counter attack and formation of 3 centre backs,2 defensive midfielders,one central midfielder,1 attacking midfielder and 3 forwards (2 wingers and 1 all out striker). the focal point of the attack will be the attacking midfielder,i recommend a player with high passing accuracy (like pirlo) to deliver those viscous high through passes to the attackers which render the defenders useless and they just stare as the ball passes over them ....on FIFA '14 on Ps 4.

kendrick93: i can counter dat formation with madrid 4231 because ur fullbacks will be pushed up to wingbacks leaving space for ronaldo and bale on d wings who both hav 90+ pace.. counter attack.

phrezzz: I play Ps3 and Ps2. When playing FIFA14 on Ps3, i use a 4-3-3 False9 that way i can Cross a lot and score. When i play Ps2 PES i use a 4-4-1-1 i love Bayern Munich with this formation. Robben plays behind Mullar amazing formation. They all defend and all attack. But it has its anti dote. A 4-2-3-1 would kill this formation!!

ChrisCosmo: that's why a 4 man defence formation is not advisable when playing a against a quick counter opponent, the two full backs tend to move forward to support the wingers leaving only the central backs thereby creating a loophole in the defence, a three man defence and crowded midfield is a good strategy.

Rooneyboy: I doubt if u wld have such an amount of possession if we were to play, that is my exact tactic, I frustrate my opponent with too much handling of the ball, to the extent that even my keeper is involved with the "passing game" . I'm that good .

Counter attack and possession football together.. You're contradicting yourself.. You can't do both.. Its either you sit back to defend then wait for the right moment to counter or you hold on to possession, score if you can and press hard to regain almost immediately when its lost! #teamcounterattack

Swiftboy: Nice strategy...trust me I'll make sure your play maker is heavily marked and my goal keeper on high alert to clear his line...plus trust me your strategy will flop cos my defence line will be close to my box 18.A very good defensive mid-fielder that can protect my defenders from playing out of position ready to play your striker into off-side position. My counter attacking play will guarantee my victory as its either I play you through the flank or break your defence line with long passes...I'll just be dribbling your goalkeeper to score goals just to frustrate you.lol
