Please I'll be glad if anyone can help me on this topic, I've been wondering about thiw since I was a little girl in the sunday school class, I even asked my teacher then but she didn't even answer the question.

I mean, we've been told that all sinners will rot in hell and I know some mad people do what would be considered a sin if done by a sane person, now, will they get a pass because they are mentally unstable? Or will they roast in hell like every other sinner?Does the bible even say anything about mad people?

I'm just really curious, where will they go when they die?or when rapture occurs?

Well, from my own perspective.
It depends on d kind of they lived before going insane.

Well it's either of four things:

1. It depends on what got them mad.
2. What they were doing before they got mad.
3. Their age at the time they got mad.
4. If they were born that way or not.

Besides we do not have a look into mad peoples souls.
They may be mad truly but they may be conscious highly of spiritual responsibilities, commandments and requirements.
At the end of the day, God himself or Jesus as the case maybe will be the judge of things and you know Gods justice is just so let's wait till then.

I think the most important distinction to be made is that between madness,insanity and mental instability.for anyone to say a person will be judged by a skydaddy based an impairment of his mental capacity is ridiculous
