the newlyweds couldn't deny the fact that what they had was the perfect honeymoon. Both eager to please eachother in bed and out of it.
Linda couldn't ask for a more pleasant honeymoon. Her husband had been the best of lovers. He had made her happy as the days go by and when it was time to taste the realistic part of marriage in their house, Linda was reluctant to go. She wished they didn't have to return home, she wished her husband didn't have a job to go back to and most importantly, she wished the world will just end this way; alone and happy with the man she loved.
Linda had packed their things into their suitcases. She sat on the cushion waiting for her husband who had gone downstairs to attend to some business. He emerged from the door and smiled brightly at her.
'are we good to go?
He asked her.
'we are'
she replied.
'the honeymoon ended so early. I wish we could stay here for another week'
She added.
'you are not bluffing, are you?'
her husband asked.
'i'm dead serious sugar'
She smiled and Henry wished to have her there and then.
'well, mrs Joseph, why don't we just stay another week here. No one will miss us'
'are you serious?'
she asked him

He answered. Linda was tempted but she realised they can't stay here forever.

'my father will understand that i just got married'
he told her with a laugh

'we both know she will be well taken care of'

Linda wasn't silly, she knew a room at Hilton hotel cost a furtune- most especially the honeymoon suit.
Although Henry was rich, she didn't think he has so much money to waste.
'let's go home Henry, we can continue our honeymoon at a place we don't have to pay'
Henry opened his mouth as if to say something but he quickly sealed his lips.
A knock came at their door, their suitcases were taken downstairs to their car.
Linda glance in nolstagia at the room and then the bed. Henry pulled her to him.
'worry not sweetypie, i promise to bring you here some other day'
She nodded absently and followed him downstairs.
'leaving?'
they both turned around to find Terry smiling at them.
'isn't it obvious?'
Henry retorted curtly.
'Linda, you are so beautiful i can already picture you not only in my bed but in my arms'
Terry told Linda. She stared at him. Either this man was foolish to publicily challenge Henry or he was as dangerous as Henry himself to say those words to him.

'are you threatening me?'
Henry asked. Terry laughed and then raised his hands and touched Linda's soft cheeks.
Henry punched him on the nose. Terry retaliated. Soon the two were bawling like children.
Linda tried her best to stop the fight but couldn't. She began crying.
Soon, two security men came with two policemen. They managed to seperate the fight. The men took one look at Terry and began apologizing.
One of the policemen, the huge one, stared angrilly at Henry.
'you are under arrest'
Henry stared in disbelive at them.
'under arrest for what?'
'disturbing public peace'
'you are funny you know, okay then, arrest that guy with me'
Linda watched in horror as Terry was asked to go and enjoy his stay at the hotel while Henry was handcuffed and led to a car.
'madam, your foolish lover will be at the station. Meet us there if you wish'
the slim policeman told her. Henry glared dangerously at the two men, then at Terry.
'you three, had just picked the wrong guy. You wait and see'
Henry told them bitterly.
'Linda, get into the car. You know what to do don't you?'
she noded. Henry refused to board the police patrol car until Linda has safely drove his ash porche out of the hotel.
He was transported to the station. He checked his wristwatch. It was 5pm. He believed in Linda, she knew just what to do.

Na waooo. But trust me all this could have been avoided if for nothing sake at least for the sake of his wife being present. Henry is too agressive and he needs to work on it. Linda couldn't stop the tears from flowing as she drove. How could this had happened?
The cloud was swiftly gathering as She made her way to her father-in-law's house.
The security man opened the door. He welcomed her and she drove in.
'welcome ma'
a maid told her as she entered the palour. Linda answered her in a far away voice.
'is father home?'
she asked.
'no ma'
'can i have his cell phone number?'
'sure ma'
the maid answered. She went to the study and came back in a few minutes with a piece of paper.
Linda realised how awful she must have sound to the maid asking for Anthony's number.
She didn't care. She managed to dailed the digits and then press the call button. The number was not available.
She sighed in frustration. She had just been on a fool's errand.
'ma'am, are you spending the night here? We can get a room ready for you'
The maid told her.
'no, thanks'
Linda answered.
'tell him i was here and it's urgent. He can reach me through Tara'
Linda told the maid and swiftly left.
She had made the decision to come to her father-in-law's place because it was closer. Now she had to go to the Nicholas.
As she drove, it began raining heavily. She was able to reach her destination by fifteen minutes after seven.
She parked the car and walked into the house. No one was in the palour, they seemed to be in their various rooms.
A maid went up to call Tara. She emerged five minutes later with Jordan at her heels.
She took a look at Linda and rushed to her.
'what the heck happened to you Linda?'

A stout policeman told Jordan. Jordan glared dangerously at him. He moved towards the man.

The man looked intently at Jordan. The face was familiar but he failed to recall where he knew him. One thing was certain, this man looked dangerous.
It was out of fear at the way Jordan was staring at him that he send someone to bring Henry.
Henry appeared looking so angry Jordan nearly laughed. At that moment, Anthony Joseph emerged from the door way.
'how dare you guys arrest my son?'
'sir he was disturbing public peace'
a tall fair police wonan answered
'how? Tell me how?'
'he got into a fight'

Jordan smiled up at him. The man turned to his boys.
'the inspector general had called to informed me that the minister of defence was telling him off. You arrested his grandson'
the men went on their knees. They all know the minister. He wasn't someone to offend.
