that is exactly how I am battling with right now I fund my account with master card and after some hours of trading i decided to withdraw my profit they refused the only withdrawal option they gave me was card and wire transfer but none of them is working. they haven't sent me their verification notice am still waiting for them

2. Utility bill(water utility bill) but u can send your bank statement.
