I will advise that for every update you make in your story thread, remind your readers that they need to vote for you.
In this place, you are the amplifier of your name, and noone else.
Your name is your brand.
Don't make it useless by just writing stories and not having anything to show.
Let them know you truly want to be a writer and not a joker.

It does, cos the rule says a voter must vote from both category. He should go to the first page of the thread for list of winners who by the given rule can't be voted for.
