Why are some of you Igbos from Delta state always fond of telling us that you're some how different from other Igbos. What is soo special about the Igbo you just wrote that makes it different from how an Anambra or an Enugu person would say it. Are you aware that your dialect is more of central Igbo than many others?

chuxyz:

It is O garacha not A garacha. "O" is the igbo pronoun for "He/She/It" in this contextual usage and not "A". In igbo, you say "Ogba-oso - "Runner" not "Agba-oso". We might be both correct based on dialectal difference. But I used central igbo there. Secondly, agbacha is central Igbo agbasia is correct as well but the only error I made is spelling gwuo instead of guo and thanks for that.

You made a point. 'O' is used in Igbo to represent pronouns for human beings. However, it has always been 'agalacha/agaracha'. It has always been pronounced that way. Pateince Ozokwor says that in her films. I've never heard 'ogaracha' or whatever you're trying to make out of it before. Ask any proper Igbo person and hear what they'll say.

By the way, looks like you're a learner in Igbo.

lol. you are the learner. I have been hearing of agaracha long b4 i knew the right thing is ogaracha. If i want to speak, i use agaracha but if i want to write i use ogaracha. It's same as people using "wanna" when it means "want to" in formal English. No go talk agaracha for Igbo exam o. Else na F9. Agaracha na street talk. Just sit down and learn boy.

You are still wrong with all you said. No proper Igbo person will ever say 'ogaracha'. You're just making up things.
