Nice piece..... 3days ago I left my desktop on facing my bed and I noticed that I was in sleeping muru anya mode throughout the night.

Mine is kind of embarrassing. In fact it has turned into a habit. I guess I got it while studying in Uni.

imagine waking up by 1 or 2am. Pick up biscuit and soft drink from refrigerator and start eating. Banana, grapes apples never get scarce because if I do I will be awake till morning. And if I drink water that time, it will not work.

There was a day I refused buying anything just to see if I could get rid of it. I woke up as usual and start tossing around the bed. I ended up scooping a peanut butter into my mouth just to have some sleep.

Am not guilty of any of these but I don't still sleep up to 3 hours at night...can't seem to decipher why..

Very interesting trend.. Ha ha this took me back to those days in university. My room mate can snore, to the extent that the landlord had to increase our rent. Just to chase us out of the house because neighbours were complaining... Ha ha ha ha..pls NTK if you are reading this Dont strangle me..ha ha ha grin grin grin cheesy

ewwwwwh... So you thought like that? Lol The sound they make is enough to distort their sleep. It's not uncommon to see the turning and changing positions every 30 minutes showing they are not in deep sleep.

The artificial light thing is what I v discovered long ago. I switch off lights whenever I wanna sleep.
If am sleeping & my bulb was switched on, I ll wake up. There's this kinda brightness that ll reflected on my face & travelled down to my brain.
Last Bullet
Some people ll say that they can't sleep without light cos of security reason. They can sleep without light by placing a tourchlight, match stick & candle of lantern in a corner. All they need is to go & switch them on when they get up.

@Op abeg this one no follow.. I take about two glasses of water before bedtime and it has never disturbed my sleep. Yes, I may wake up once to visit the bathroom but that doesn't in any way disturb my sleep
