Since we are descendants of Abraham then we are to bless nations as God's covenant with Abraham.
Thus if blessing nations is out responsibility den dia is a price 2 pay..
The gene of dominion is what allows responsibility of this task. Gal 4:2 Not until we are matured such responsibility of blessing nations won't b evident. Same way u can't entrust wealth to a baby not until the child is matured..
Luke 16:7 talks of extreme faithfulness to God with respect to wealth.
Before God can commit something to a person,something has to be done.. Philemon 1:14 God won't do something without Ur concert so it with b without Ur own accord.
Its our responsibility as matured Christians to troubleshoot our being to why we are not wealthy or blessed as promised by God.

1.God
2. A place (alter)
3. Sacrifice
4. Man.
Gen 8:20-28 Before this,God came to rapport with man. But after d fall of man @ Eden, man had to start preparing place to meet with God ie (covenant) as seen in the life of noah.
Covenants were means to which man could table there needs. Not until it became reversed in he new testament where God made his son as sacrifice for man,giving us direct access to him. That means we must b children of God before accessing his endless riches and blessings.

A. Life
B. Power (to cleanse out poverty)
C. Deliverance
D. Victory (over poverty inclusive) Rev 12:11
E. Immunity (against poverty)
In summary we must b matured enough to get the responsibility of blessing nations. A very vital tip is GIVING.. For a song writer wrote "Give nd it shall come back to you"...
