Can u Pls give detail as regards d drawing and construction of 2 bedroom BQ on a plot of land Wch will still accommodate a story building of 4flats(2 bedroom each). geagle55: i am Engr Gordon a Civil Engieer, the cost of a building depend on the building plan, the finishing and the location, because location determined the material costs and the labour cost.
