Jregz: Why not open something you will have Peace of mind. Don't risk your money with hotspot shield blacklisted IPs. PayPal will allow you to add money on the account but they can never allow you withdraw it when they flag your IPs. Those guys are smart. Those that operate US PayPal account with dedicated VPN aren't stupid. My 2 cents. |
