please I need help on how to write a quit or quick notice letter. one of my tenants is giving me headaches and causing unrest for my other tenants too.

I have a PC and a printer, so am good to go...I just want a sample and know what signatures I have to get on the letter too.

Lol...anyway start by putting the house address at the right. , then a caption saying:TERMINATION OF TENANCY which will come below the house address

Then after that you write "Following the turbulence, insanity, and chaotic attitudes you have exhibited lately hereby causing a perpetual state of unrest which subsequently led to a state of hullabaloo for the tenants and I your Lord, I hereby terminate your tenany this day to take immediate effect on (you put date here).
