Welcome.

Hello, you seem to have really done justice to this business idea. Just a few questions:
1. Where are you based?
2. What route does your vehicles run?
3. What if there are interested investors but want to buy the vehicles and hand over to you to manage after an agreement is reached, is it possible?
4. Do you have trackers on your vehicles, because I own a tracking business and one of my clients uses if for his haulage business and its really working for him in terms of checking the excesses of drivers.

Thanks.

Hello, you seem to have really done justice to this business idea. Just a few questions:

2. What route does your vehicles run?
Ans: Initially I started them off running within the state capital as charter (drop) taxis. (Those are the only forms of taxis here), then when I noticed that the drivers were struggling to settle accounts, I decided to change routes and have them run out-skirts so now they run No more ``account no complete`` stories so far. Of course changing routes meant firing and hiring new drivers because once drivers start lying on a particular subject, they don`t stop. You must be ready to hire and fire at will and this means keeping an open mind always and getting to know your vehicles and letting anyone who works for you understand that fact.

3. What if there are interested investors but want to buy the vehicles and hand over to you to manage after an agreement is reached, is it possible?
Ans: Absolute NO! In this business, there are down-times and up-times and it took me over a year of fighting with myself worrying over why things weren't going as planned out on paper to understand that was how every business is. Before venturing, we often make forecasts and have set expectations......you know the rest of the story. This is going to cause problems with having to remit money to other people. Plus, I set this up on graduation as a backup plan (extra income) for those dry seasons when there`d be no site work. (I`m a Builder by profession).

4. Do you have trackers on your vehicles, because I own a tracking business and one of my clients uses if for his haulage business and its really working for him in terms of checking the excesses of drivers.

Ans: Not for now. In a few years time when I plan to venture full scale into inter-state and haulage, i`ll need them.
Thanks.

Thanks for your response though your location was not mentioned.
However, your responses were quite helpful because other business indices would definitely come to play regardless of location for the business operation.

The above analysis is for producing 1set of broiler birds. To get the N40,000 monthly which I mentioned earlier, you should be able to harvest twice in a month (every two weeks).

To be able to harvest every 2weeks, you will
need three poultry pens(cage). If you stock
pen1 today, pen2 should be stocked 2wks
after today, while pen three is stocked 2wks
after pen2 is stocked. With this, you have
3sets of birds with 2wks age interval.

So virtually, your start-up capital should be enough to raise 3sets of 100birds which is about N120,000. However, you will need an additional money (about 50K) to get a carpenter to construct the poultry (pens)cages for you and the buy equipment like drinkers, feeders, etc.

4gt to mention. You get additional revenue from selling the poultry waste (manure).

I hope this info helps. Feel free to ask, if you need more info.

Please your number. Whatsapp 080644343533.

Hello,

Do you have a Volkwagen Vanagon bus? Are you looking for an Honest person to manage your bus? Or are you intrested in getting into passsenger Transport Business?

Owning a 14 sitter Volkwagen Vanagon can be a money spinner if managed by Experienced. And Honest Person.

I have 1 that is mine and 2 others that I manage for people, and business is doing very good.

I thought I can earn more if I increase the number of buses I'm managing. So this is an opportunity for anyone who own or want to own a 14 sitter Volkwagen Vanagon.

Ajah-lekki is where my buses are plying and that's where all others will be plying too.

And like already stated, maintenance is on us and we pay N100K per Month.

Alternatively, you can get 5% ROI with 10% Principal Repayment per Month.
