....pls advice on this issue...my colleague who just put to bed and currently on maternity leave received the shock of her life yesterday - her sack letter plus 2 months salary. It was delivered to her @home...she's thinking of taking d matter to court. d question now is "is her case tenable in a court of law" PS: she started her 12 weeks mat.leave on d 19th of last month. Am really interested in dis issue cos we r the only 2 ladies in the coy. Thanks in advance. |

She has a very good case,she shld get a lawyer to file a suit for her at d national industrial court. |
