Here are the list of things that you will need for the 3weeks NYSC Orientation Camp.....
1. Call up letter(Original&10 Photocopies)
2. School I D card(Original&10 Photocopies)
3. Notification of Result(Original&10 Photocopies)
4. Passport photographs (About 10-15 copies)
5. Stationery e.g pen, Jotter for lectures, stappler&tippex. (Note:- The 1st 4 are for registration&do not laminate your call-up letter pls)
6. Round necked white T shirt atleast 3
7. White shorts atleast 2
8. Plain white sneakers/tennis shoes(rubber) (1)
9. White socks atleast 2pairs
10. Mosquito treated net (to guide your belongings)
11. Basic drugs panadol,paracetamol,etc (not necessary because it will be available at the NYSC clinic)
12. Padlocks
13. Waist pouch
14. Beverages
15. Dettol, bath soap&Detergents (if you don't wanna spend for washing)
16.Towel&face towel
17. A pair of slippers
18. Bedsheets
19. Flashlight (Torchlight phone)
20. Food flask, bowl and cup
21. Sunglasses
22. Extra phone batteries and charger
23. Cash from N10,000 upward( if you want to enjoy Maami Market).

With regards to the things u need for camp, I don't think u need as much photocopy, I was misled by this list only to get to Abia camp and didn't use any of the photocopies. According to the call up letter, u only need 8 passports, at most 12.

Infact there was no dull moment 4 me in d camp... I enjoyed myself so much dat i was even crying d day we were leaving d camp.. DO U KW Y? because i knew it was once in a "life time" thing. I participated in every competition a lady can do...d cultural dance , d drama, d volley ball, d general cooking competition, d indomie cookng competition, n even d match pass on d day we did our closing ceremony 2 leave 4 camp... Bt 2 bad i did nt stayed back... I was redeployed to IMO STATE

Just open ur heart 2 d things dat wil happen dia.. D gd ones...nt d bad ones like sleepin around wit pple u hv crush on n pple dat hv crush on u at any dark corner of d camp at nyt... B positive.. I wish u d best

You don't need to make more than 5 photocopies of your original documents, except u have a printer at home and it's free.....and except of course you want to drag along extra pieces of photocopied materials that would end up being useless.

Don't bother buying notes for lectures, some of the companies and entrepreneurs who come to give lectures usually share flyers, handouts, notepads, mini textbooks etc which you might end up not using because u'd find urself avoiding those very boring unproductive lectures.

Finally if you get posted to Lagos, be rest assured your 3 weeks in camp will be fun-filled
...........but exactly the opposite when you leave camp
