I can't remember my 1st A but I still remember my one and only F. In UNN, Engr401. I was at home when the result ccame out so I asked one of my coursemates to help me check mine. He told me F and I was shocked, I wan madt, my mind did a mental calculation and I found out I had just 1 year to rewrite it or it turns to extra year. None of my siblings ever had an extra year and I was scared I may break that record. When I returned to school, I saw d result myself I got 12/100 LOL. Fortunately for me, one of my neighbors who also doubled as my course mate had an F too so we studied hard for d course( it was during one of d studies I found out that one of d questions, I used a different formula to solve it) and we finally wrote d exam. When d result came out , d lecturers just gave all carryover students 40(E). Though I know how we read and prepared for that course.

Well, the first result I saw in UNN was A(phy101), we were just 2 that had 'A', it was a good feeling Then after a while, I saw Bio 151 and it was lol (u guessed right) 'F', lmao! I was shocked...though it was the only F in my first year, it wasn't the only F lol...it was in uni that I had an F for the first time in my life lol but I conquered them all...all those outside courses...hehehe esp chem232 ff by CS201...Shaa, the whole carry over thing stopped in my second yr. Then my semi finals result was the best of all my results...5.0 G.P;-D...Carry over baaaaaad

I never had an F but other grades were very much familial and used to. B dominated my results back then in UNN. 'A' occur like one in every six, 6:1.

brilliant? I doubt. Lol! Funny enough, I only sat up in my 4th year(d same year I had d carryover). I was on Total scholarship n d requirement was a CGPA of 3.0 so my target 4rm 2nd to 3rd year was just to get 3.0 above cos I had already wasted my 1st year(spent it in Mbanefo's common room watching dstv n playing ps2 in a barber's shop). My 4th n 5th year results just helped me graduate with a weak 2:1

my A's came in 2nd semester 100 level in fulfilment of God's word. In ACT 2:17 it was God's grace. All 7 A's could any man had done that? No, Only God that i serve !

Amen! Well, I think I have done the same several times and I still score A's in the said courses. I make such mistakes every now and then, but yet come out with a blast. God has been faithful I must say. Sometimes it's just the favour of God we need. If one should couple that with hardwork, then that person becomes unstoppable.

Vivipop: The first "A" I had was in my first year,first semester at UNN,it wasn't a big deal,because I found myself in a group where having an A isn't a biggie,scoring 80 and above is.
As for an F, never had one.

My first A was in my first semester cant remember which course though. In fact i had too many As. Got a 4.0 GPA on a 4 scale that semester. My first F was in 4th yr. Immunology with Dr Stanley was a b*tch. She was literally an oyinbo version of what a witch should be like minus her broom. She declared war on all of us students and made sure we failed the final exams. My mark was so bad that i was asked to retake the exam even though i had a 96% on the midterms which brought my average to 71%, just above the 70% passmark. I refused to retake the exam obviously but i never forgot my first F ever.

Back then in 2000 in my 100 level, my first result came out. Phy 192. Was an A-grade. Never had an 'F' though till i left the faculty of engineering.
