Just heard it on channels television this evening that the enforcement of new plate number by the federal road safety commission will commence on 1st August 2014. I was thinking this issue has been settled long ago. |

I heard same too at Channels TV. In fact, I heard that the new driver's license and number plate will be enforced come August 1st, 2014. |
