So we earned #475 billion in the month of February this year alone, and some months down the line we need #160 billion for security; even though we've been budgeting close to a trillion yearly since 2011. If only you completely read the link you posted, you wont be spewing all you did?
How much of that amount goes to the oil companies and how much goes to the federation account?
How much goes into servicing capital costs to lenders?
How much is operating cost?
