@ kcwitch..I think the English proficiency starts with that mail. lol...while some thinks its for port Harcourt.. some see it to be the general date.
The mail only inform us that port Harcourt is now an added centre and doesn't mean the date is for port Harcourt alone

language taking place on Saturday 22nd of
November, 2014.
Candidates who had earlier chosen Lagos or
Ibadan as their preferred choice but who wish to
change to Port Harcourt may do so between now
and 31st October 2014, by following the steps
below:-

3. Scroll to Change of English Proficiency Test
Location.
4. PLEASE SAVE ALL MODIFICATIONS.

c. Details of Venue, time ,seat number will be
