Animals that eat their own sheet I think it would be so cave man of u to drink raw goat milk. Do u know the dies ease the goat has? In this days of Ebola prevention is far far better than cure

Yeah. It is better you make your juice yourself cos that way you can account for what is going into your system. I wish I could do that but for now I just stick to to pure juice and nothing from concentrate.

IT ANNOYS ME WHEN PEOPLE COMMENT ON EVERY POST AND SAY "EBOLA".. ITS SO ANNOYING AND DISGUSTING, DO PEOPLE NOT REALISE THAT EBOLA IS A DEADLY DISEASE KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE... PLEASE HAVE RESPECT AND LET US ALL PUT ALL THESE PEOPLE AFFECTED BY THE VIRUS IN OUR PRAYERS INSTEAD OF LAUGHING AT THEM...

Thanks to those who gave me friendly advice. I have started toasting my bread and boiling my sausages. Also no more coffee just tea with no sugar. Single egg fried sunny side up with no salt. The food tastes like sh1t but at least its healthier right?
