must you display your phaggotry tendencies and lust anytime you get cornered?

I am boxing you into a corner where you belong and the only thing you have is to throw homophobic slurs and beg me to have you suck my d1ck like the b1tch you have always been.

Classic Shymex autistic tactics!

Nah, you've been displaying your homoerotic tendencies from your first two posts to my handle, in which I ignored. However, I replied you when you asked your question the right way, in your 3rd post. I gave you the UN charter about the regulation of armaments, and why member states always declare defense budgets and expenditures. If you follow the news, you should know this. And whenever a big defense contract is signed, it always make the news.

I also alluded to the Arms Trade Treaty...what else do you want? Only phaggots stalk other men - go keep yourself busy and stop stalking me.

Our Leaders are blabber mouths! It is only in Nigeria that Information that is supposed to be secret is leaked to the public! They should start prosecuting senior Chiefs who leak sensitive information on our National Security to the media. Who does tha That is the reason why US, UK are frustrated with us.

the us government is not willing to sell the apache to any other african country outside egypt.another problem we may be opening our airforce to if we continue to rely on the west for most of our air assets either fixed or rotary is sanctions, ever noticed how the west keep threatening to sanction countries when they are not playing to its tune. I never countered your argument that there is a cap on military spending but I only asked where it was mandated to declare in specifics how the resources are spent and on what.

In view of this your article 26 fell flat on it's ass just like you whenever it is time to pay the bills.

In line of your interpretation there won't be any need to have highly classified military documents on types of armaments and amount which isn't the case.

Finally can't you just get your mind of all the phaggotry for once?

From the basic AK 47 TO THE HIGHLY ADVANCED and best fighter jet SU-37, the Americans can't touch the Russians

you cannot ignore the unwritten aspect of most of this deals, we all know we need this platforms, even their dangerous names is enough proof of their effectiveness, but the truth is that we cannot ignore our past experience with such procurement, this led to the grounding of some of our valuable air assets in the 90's

Hmmmm! somebody once said that USA and Russia always have hands in any crisis in the whole World because, they are the major supplier of this wepons.
E.g: USA is suppoting rebel in Syria while Russia is supporting Syrian government, tell me where both parts are getting weapons.
Dia is Godu ooooo.

No state or nation can afford to be "honest", since national security DEMANDS secrecy as well as strategic double talk. Generally speaking, democratic nations are represented by elected officials who must be EXTREMELY careful about divulging information, for fear of industrial espionage, or military secret compromises.

it has to be announced, the int'l system have several laws and charters for defence aquisition, its easier to be quiet when you re buying from the black market, not when you re buying from a sovereign political entity represented in the int'l system

The bold only applies to self-sufficient member states that build their own heavy weapons, and rogue states. Countries without that capability don't have that luxury, the other parties they're buying from will declare the sales. Heck, self-sufficient countries declare the types of new military armaments they acquire most times.

And nah, when a guy starts stalking a next guy, then it's problematic. So it's only right that I call a flaming phag out when I see one. I'm not homophobic, but homoeroticism around me is a NO NO! undecided

Politics is all about leverage and just like Patrice Lumumba of Congo we can as well face the east for heavy military assets procurement.Right now, Russia and China have a production glut with most inventories variants of American flagship or model weaponry. We could work with these guys instead......Our military is corrupt, lazy and just not proactive enough....

No body wants to die( Atleast non of Nigerian officials), so I'm sure they would take action into making sure BokoHaram gets cleaned out for good....Don't you realize that the Nigerian government are now taking the BH issue seriously, now that one of the government officials narrowly escaped death?.

Such weaponry isn't used in "The Call of duty" game franchise.

@Topic. Infiltrating the Boko Haram ranks would still be essential. Getting a list of their supply routes and various camp locations from first-hand info and aerial imagery.

Their supply routes are cut off swift attacks on their convoys by the purchase helicopters, locations surrounded and pounded with mid-range atillery eg, Motars (portable and cheap to purchase).

The Nigerian Army can now move in and engage them directly.

Summary: The Nigerian Army need to take the offensive without waiting for them to attack first. Intelligence gathering is essential and the weapons best suited for the terrain and mode of attack deployed.

So far, the best weapons Boko-Haram have access to for open combat are those high caliber machine guns mounted behind trucks, a few APCs and RPG.

The Nigerian Army can do way better than that.

In line with your opening statement declarations are inevitable as they procurement can not be done in full secrecy but not on the heals of Article 26.

Since Nigeria isn't a rogue state, it can't be done in secrecy. I can give you a list of all the defense contracts signed this year by different countries, and that shows the charter is binding for all member states.

Nah, get homoeroticism off my posts - I don't suffer fishsticks gladly. undecided
