iwonbaoko: Why talk like a child? Try and do just a little thinking before you talk

SOooo Now that u are done with the thinking and can talk sense, am all ears..........................Which ever way, it doesn't mean d person is less qualified.

Looking at d long term effect of locum, d most sort after specialist will fall prey one day and I understand d pay is less. Talk of cheap labour or such appointment, is not exclusive to pple wt minimal experience.

There are several post graduate qualifications in medical practice so some people are more qualified than others. The issue is not higher or better but "more" qualified for specific roles.
Medical education and training is endless. Pretty much every skill is certifiable.
I will use the driving licence analogy. The fact tht two people hold driving licences does not make themm equal drivers whether in skill or vehicles they can drive. In some places you have to measure how many hours you have spent driving specific types of trucks etc and have this certified.
This refers directly to the CERTIFICATION they hold. MBBS is just an entry level qualification to actually start learning medicine and there are several post graduate diplomas/ certifications FACT ONE.
Some people even though they hold identical qualifications/certification are more experienced than others, this is particularly relevant among specialists e.g a person who has done 5000 cataract operations is different from one who has done 10. FACT TWO
Some people have NEVER used certain specialist equipment whilst others use them daily. In Nigeria doctors like to pretend they can do everything because we have no proper law enforcement. In other places if you try that you'd lose your licence and maybe even your house.
Another example is fertility treatment such as IVF ,few gynaecologists do this and even among those who do there are levels of experience.Surely there is a difference between one who has conceived and delivered 2000 test tube babies from another who has 10 to his name.
It is always the case that people who know the least about a subject make the most noise about it. The way you write and spell tells a lot about the quality or lack of in your thinking, this is not just typing quickly. I m sorry but you really are not very bright are you?

Forget, they are just going 2 work treating malaria. If they suspect a case would difficult, they don't accept
If you think this is a plus for Fashola, then you are mistaken. Someone that has destroyed postgraduate medical education in LASUTH,out of personal vendetta because of the last Lagos doctor's strike, someone who threatened 2 discontinue the undergraduate medical education by failing 2 employ residents, common! . See, by the time he leaves office, u will see by ow many decades/century he has retrogressed medicine in Lagos state. Where was he when MARWA started LASUTH? We would discuss this again ..
