We in the Tigerkenn Homes team believes in doing our work with utmost dedication, determination and transparency. We also have the dream to grow into a building company where property investors will be proud to patronize because of the quality of houses we build and sell. Home ownership and property acquisition is not an easy task, but our desire has always been to simplify the process of investing in properties by working to first create trust, then seek good locations where we can acquire lands for the purpose of housing development. In a nutshell, we intend to give you the rest of mind as you invest in properties.

At the moment we are looking at some locations in Enugu to kick-start our pioneer estate, and due to the reason that we are a young company trying to make a huge impact in the scene, we are going to be looking at locations where land costs are still low. Knowing the building industry as well as I know it, I know that many locations will develop with time, but how much time? That is the million naira question.

I am searching out lands in the outskirts of Enugu town, and I am not going to restrict my search to any particular location, I am going to be testing the ground, while listening to your feedback.

Of course the center of town is so congested that you need some space, some greenery and some newer developments without the hustle and bustle of inner city life, places where you can read or browse without rude interruptions from honking vehicle horns and screaming conductors, police and politicians sirens and every other type of noise.

It will be replaced with quiet neighborhoods, singing birds and ............ just decent serenity.

Re: Tigerkenn Homes Property Development Initiative by spyder880(m): 9:54pm On Jul 26, 2014
It seems I am not alone in my thinking, some investors had gone out of town and started developing outside Enugu town limits, President Goodluck Jonathan was here to commission over 300 new houses here this month. I will move down more, where lands are more affordable and available.

My search led me to a place in Enugu East local Government area called Ugwuogo Nike. 10 minutes drive on smooth road from Nike lake hotels. Why Ugwuogo Nike, is it not too far away from anywhere?

Re: Tigerkenn Homes Property Development Initiative by spyder880(m): 9:54pm On Jul 26, 2014
There are a lot of reasons why I am looking seriously at Uguogo Nike.

1. Lands are cheap there in comparison to Enugu town.
2. There is no more space inside Enugu town, so the town is pushing this way (I have to be here to wait for the town to come and meet me here cheesy)
3. Food and agricultural products are very cheap here, a farming population
4. If an Nsukka man becomes the next governor of Enugu state, this place will experience rapid development, as this community is very close to Nsukka zone.
5. A lot of notable personalities, companies, churches are already buying lots of lands around here, I need to take position too.
6. This place is halfway between Enugu and Nsukka zones, the development of the two towns will be felt here.

Oga Spyder,

Great companies often start small. You have all the skills and experience to make it succeed. Which is the most important input in every business course. May God bless you with wisdom to guide you in achieving your dreams.
As a man of taste, please make the entire estate a place to behold by generously planting flowers and trees. Apart from giving a great aesthetic appeal, these plants help improve the value of the homes in your estate.
Good luck Sir!

Thank you bro, we are thinking the same thoughts, I have a variety of trees and flowers that needs to be planted in time, soon after the marking out of the building area we can start planting. I have a trained specialist in mind to employ for this important work.

Show me the beacons bordering the plots of land.

I was surprised to see this building right inside the bush, people are starting to build homes here.

Re: Tigerkenn Homes Property Development Initiative by spyder880(m): 11:04pm On Jul 26, 2014
You have to respect our brothers from our neighboring state, this guy walked into this community and bought lots of lands on the cheap, now fenced and building big houses all around it, (not pictured) including this eating joint. In 10 years time it might be worth more than 200 times what he bought it for!

Investing is all about finding good opportunities, and taking position before others find out the intrinsic value of the investment.

I share your thoughts here; now is the best time for Ugwuogo.
Another good judgement.

A wonderful idea oga Spyder. I feel Ugwogo Nike is a bit far and will take about 5 years to develope. Have u tried the closer towns like Edem and ibagwa Nike?

I have walked every inch of Edem and Ibagwa, even Amorji. Average land price there is about N2.5m. Lots of problematic lands in those towns, no large areas to buy up to 50 plots together.

But if I may ask, how many people can bring in up to N2.5m ? Can we have up to 20 interested people?

I am thinking Ugwuogo because I am looking at prices at around N1m for everything, purchase, settlement of the community and documentation.

Let's plan ahead as I also look behind the timber shed, inside Ugbene 2 area .

Ugbene 2 is another cool option. Consider umuchigbo too.

I am prepared to partner with you in Calabar. There are lots of virgin land around the Tinapa suburbs and there is lots of expansion going on.

Oga Spyder, now is the time to move in!

I have a couple of investors who are willing to do Enugu Estate..

N2.5m for a plot is not too much...just locate a good spot and inform us then we will move in with our funds...
