I must confess ur product is superb. Ran down all my device this morning to confirm the power bank and work perfectly. Charged my Samsung Galaxy Note 3, ipad and BB Z30 and was still left with about 11% which I believe will still fill my BB Z30 when down. Thumb up man, neva regretted buying this stuff.

Bro, How manage? in all honesty my own product isn't living up to expectations. it goes from 100 to 67 Just to charge my tecno L3. Mayorall what do u have to say? I've been meaning to call and complain But I'm always busy n sometimes I forget. Treat this as urgent Cos I'm unhappy with this product

You were advised to charge 8 hours before usage.

charge 4 hours more when it wrote 100%

Your phone is powered with 2,400mah understand that

it charges your phone to 100% with just 33% and you are unhappy? 100-67% = 33%

You were using your phone while charging isnt it?. Dont you know you are using the power bank's energy while your phone is charging and still under usage.

please off your phone while charging so we can know what is wrong.

please run down your battery and charge again. Also make sure you use the pb to charge your phone from its 100% to 0% and feed us back before comment. Stop judging with just ones charging .Thank you
