I personally dnt believe those IEDs are put 2geda in sambisa forest and transported to Kano. Some locals (ur faithfuls) knw about it. U can hv a safe haven to go buy gas cylinder, gas, cables and other accoutrement without pple in the neighbourhood knwing about it. Esp when such items are highly suspicious in those volatile states!
