The Nigeria police say they have arrested five
suspects in yesterday’s bomb attack at a
Catholic church in the ancient city of Kano that
claimed several lives.
In a statement released late yesterday by
Frank Mba, the public relations officer at Police
Headquarters Abuja, the police disclosed that
their operatives had arrested five suspects in
the course of “on-going investigations into the
various terror-related incidents that occurred
in Kano.”
Mr. Mba stated that five male suspects had so
far been picked up “for their complicity in the
attacks.”
