Kompressor: Severally I had sat down to inquire into the state of our nation and ask where we went wrong and why things are the way they are and I came up with a few answers.

We are our own problem:
Each and every Nigeria has a roll to play in development and sustaining development. Even it a railway station such as the Guangzhou nan is buit, Nigerians will so mess up the place, even b4 you know it criminals will start robbing aboard the trains.

We are complaining of bad roads, even when the government constructs a decent road dual iced road before you know it some unscrupulous elements will dump refuse on the median. Is it sane?

If everybody in all Nigerians and Londoners are exchanged you'll find out that fastforward 10 years Nigeria will look like London and London like Nigeria.
you have said it all.

Comparing the pictures in china with nigeria, the difference is glaringly clear where massive transformation is taking place.

It defeats the arguments put forward by pro-PDP people that nigeria is experiencing huge transformation policies by the GEJ govt.

We are clearly been short changed & taking for a ride by our leaders. Yes, there are massive corruption in china, yet development is taking place all around the country.

When was the last time anyone on this thread had an uninterrupted 24hrs electricity in one day?

SmooshCHN: Spending 10months in China, I've noticed that their growth and development was achieved by determination. Back to their history, all what China has turned into now all happened between 24years. Good and determined leadership. They still have little problems but when I look at them, I discover Nigeria can be like this but Why not?? What's stopping us? It's owes to poor leadership.. It's painful that we have leaders who only care about their pockets.. I hope Nigerians would drop their thinking and come out to see we have lots to achieve if only we'd stop these leaders treating us like Pigs.. A Chinese once ask me "how many Universities are in Nigeria??" The question touched me cos I know he felt we were nothi ng then he said 10?? shocked
I told him we had over 100 then he said Why come to China, I said I wanted to get More.. but then deep down I know what made me left..
Seeing their Transportation Network, Nigerians deserve More, Nigerians Deserve More.. Imagine a government that can't even provide security.. Sincerely it might take Decades before things would change positively.. I just wish these Old and Selfish leaders would be scrapped..
We won't accept anything less
Some people just feel it's our turn to milk the nation... They don't want to care if she progress or not.
We can't continue to allow moròns to rule us!
GEJ TILL REVOLUTION 2015!!!

And what are we known for? Corruption, backwardness, stagnation. ..! It's better to known for making substandard products than to be known for doing nothing.
Really, if those are what your Nigeria is known for, then I must say we are living in two different Nigerias.

according to this site , the project costs about $1.8 bn (306 billion naira )and construction lasted about 6-8 years. #306 bn is definitely something Nigeria can afford over 6-8 years. where is our head in this country. undecided

nchewi: And some bottom-licking clowns will expect me to clap for Jonathan as if I don't know better!!! For the overwhelming support that man received in 2011, he ought to treat Nigerians better, but what do we get in return -deceit, impunity, more corruption, pretence, lack of vision, lies and wholesome disrespect!!!
And what have you done for Nigeria, let's start with you?
Re: Guangzhou Nan (south) Railway Station: An Architectural Masterpiece by Octaves(m): 9:45pm On Jul 31, 2014
Here in Nigeria, they build tasteless drab structures and call them ultra modern. They can't even plant good grass and flowers. They'd rather leave the soil bare or do some tasteless paving. Even though there are some exceptions. Lack of a maintainance culture is a MAJOR problem

what i've done for Nigeria is none of your business. Jonathan is an elected Public servant, and he is constitutionally accountable to Nigeria and Nigerians. I am not ur Local government chairman! I am not accountable to you. When I become Nigeria's president, you can come back and ask me that silly question

I never ate pork in 9ja cos the sight of pig eating from dump sites and swimming in dirty and polluted water scared the he'll out of me. But here it's a different story, bro. They have pig farms where pigs are reared; their abattoirs are very clean and meat is processed under hygienic conditions.
