Did you get a mail from BH saying your application is still being considered and you will be advised shortly?

I just did mine last night.

I guess you're in the new batch. The last batch had interview with deadline at 16th October, 2014. Status change should be immediately after test. But it may also not change. The most important thing is to be invited for the next stage.

It appears status only changed for candidates who took their interview before the initial deadline of 11th October. All candidates who had their status changed took the interview before 11th and not 16th, the later deadline. That's my hypothesis which may not be true afterall.

@obynzo you are still in, they cant evaluate everybody same day. Yours will soon be completed. Cheers

my status is still 'under review' so maybe I am out. But I think if you checked with your phone you'd probably get 'completed', with a pc though it is different.

the question aint that difficult. what did you do that you could have done differently. what solution you usually used that did not work again. why will Baker hire you. describe one technical job you did,how did you do it, what will you have done differently,if you had problems in the process how did you resolve it, what lessons did you learn. this is for the 1st interview. dnt know abt dis one.

Ignore the criticisms my brother, it's part of life. I was once in your shoes when I finished my service this year, with time I got to understand what kind of answers interviewers want to hear, then I started getting and rejecting job offers, thanks to the internet. Questions like that are behavioural and situational based questions or something like that, you should google that up. Only YOU will be able to answer them, drop your email here and I will send you materials to guide you. All they want to see is how you can articulately express yourself and show them your skills using examples from your past. After reading, take time out to relax and gather an arsenal of weapons (template answers) because the questions could come in various forms, get someone to practice with. Practice and pray. I have a group on facebook called "job links" search for it and add yourself, we post information that is current and happening in the job market. The ones you get here never do you? You are competiting with people and asking same people to give you questions when you'd be asked exactly the same things. This one na wiseness abi sense?
