Try using diskdigger pro. And for future reference, save your documents to multiple cloud storage facilities.

Use a laptop to bring out hidden folders, if you don't find the folders you are looking for then I'm sorry they are gone

I'v downloaded the one that can detect documents But it recovered some documents and left some, I tried again several times it kept repeating d same files it got earlier. it didn't give me that important file I need. please What do I do?
