There are ppl who give their all and get nothing in return and there are ppl who lay back, do nothing and get everything hard workers grind for and i am proud to be the latter. I grew up wanting to be hard working and blah blah blah. but after seeing what happened to my mom, after seeing how looked down on women are in Nigerian society I had to grow up, after seeing how men marry a pretty girl and keep her poor and they multiply like pigs, she loses her figure cos they're too poor for an in-house gym and the same man she gave her life to will still hurt her and cheat on her and emotionally abuse her and she has to put up with it cos she's a woman, like it's a disease. Do u know where good girls end up? in one man's kitchen, she will do the laundry and go to work then go to school run, then come back and cook and all that for a man who thinks she's beneath him and under appreciated, what kind of life is that? My annoyance is that 60% of this so called Aristos will never use Ruba... Now am sure that most of them have disease that they want 2 share with any girl that wants a share of their wealth. 2ndly most of this very wealthy old men are so diabolical. They are either taking something from d girls body/life or they are giving her. So when d girl marries some innocent guy n does nt conceive after so many yrs we ll start 2 blame her uncle in d village or her step mother! From church 2 church this pastor 2 another this sacrifice 2 another. Babalawo 2 another. Hospital 2 hospital...All because of small change n greed.

Anyways...as parents you can preach and teach...but each child has free will...and each child has to deal with consequences of their actions.

what are you saying? If they all have free will then why blame men? Like you said they are responsible for their actions and they should bear the consequences

While your moral crusade is commendable, selfless Maya is being realistic

men are the ones that fuel this trade.
Men use their ill gotten money to pamper these girls

For those going abroad to marry, you need to see what girls are doing abroad.

Google escort agencies

Go to Asia...united States.. Dubai .same thing

I'm male but we are also responsible for this

Sandijey wish you all the best
Don't worry we have kids here with no experience in life.. just spouting posts.. .some of them are the future aristos...

Did you pull that 90 percent statistics from your arsse?
Re: Campus Prostitution: A Growing Concern In Nigeria by Teespice(f): 7:33am On Aug 04, 2014
No strength for long talk, but it is so simple.

If there is no demand, there can't be supply. It is not a known secret that campus prostitution is a vice which needs to be curbed fast.

But then if a bill which criminalises all kinds of prostitution is sponsored in the national assembly, I bet majority of the guys here would scream blue murder.

There are girls who pay for their monthly subscription out of their pockets.

Just because you have met greedy ones doesn't give you the right to make baseless statements.

Next time that girl asks you for airtime for internet subscription, stamp your feet down and say no. The world won't end if you don't acede to her request.

There is no amount of word to justify evil. Any sensible babe who is complete could do better rather than resort to prostitution. Even if the whole of Nigeria is filled with poverty we will still have decent ones.most of them are doing it because of greed or they want to belong high class level. The end is what matters......#smh because many have gone

Again...

Will you also rain down fire and brimstone on the men, single and married, who come sniffing around the campuses flashing money and looking for easy lays with gullible female students?

No Buyers - No Sellers...it's a 50/50 situation.

So what about women who can never allow you see thier pants irrespective of how much you splash on them even in thier tight midst of poverty? What do you call them? If these men try inducing these girls for like three times and yet without success, are you telling me they wont desist from going further? But once with just N10,000, u can pick an undergraduate and have her all night, then whoever can pay N20,000 becomes a generous man in that case. Therefore, these men can never stop flocking the place cos they know these girls are ready to warm thier beds anytime once money is flashed.

You said it all sir, i know many who are waiting for a miracle husband at 45 and are committed deacons, choristers, ushers etc in the church, six days ago, here in my state, one of such ladies drove her self to death when the supposed Mr right decline to marry her upon discovering she has no womb (it was removed in one of her numerous abortions), With tears, she drove her car and ramped an electric poll and died an hour later.

Sorry but if you take statistics it works out better for the horrible girls in Nigeria. 95% of my female course mates who were into runz then ended up with better jobs in oil companies and banks. They even plied their trade in these institutions and got rapid promotions in contrast with their colleagues. The ones working in banks brought in better deposits than the so called good girls and won accolades and better positions.

Finally using their prowess, experience and skills learned over time, they scanned and were able to decipher good men to marry, while the good girls ended up with horrible fellas and cheats due to inexperience. We see them here everyday crying about marital issues.

It is a sad world in Nigeria but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

The same thing with the male folk. Take a Federal ministry for example. The corrupt ones do better than the so called good ones who wallow in penury and can barely afford quality healthcare to stay alive in an environment with so much pressures as ours.

When you live in a dysfunctional society like Nigeria, survival is only for the fittest. Sad!!!! but true.
