CNN are reporting that hundreds, if not thousands of people are demonstrating outside the White House compound.

The protesters are ostensibly angered by Washington's pro-Israel stance in the ongoing conflict

I thought they (muslims) have always hated westerners. Why not go to Mecca to protest instead. In my opinion, Washington should turn deaf ears on them while Israel shows them what its like to be terrorist.

I have refused to take sides in this ongoing faceoff between Israel and Hamas. They are different sides of the same coin.
But one thing that beats me is, why is it so easy for people to protest about what's going on there but doesn't bother to also protest the terror ISIL is meting out on other minorities in Iraq and other places?

We have being trying to reason with them for hundreds of years now, look where it got us. The more you reason, the more foolish and weak you appear to them. it's high time they know that we would never condole any rubbish from them and any violence would be adequately returned.

Over 3,000 plus rockets fired into Israel by Hamas since the beginning of operation protective edge. What if Israel doesn't have the Iron dome? Everyone seems to ignore the fact that Hamas keeps on firing rockets and building tunnels to attack Innocent Isreali civilians whereas Israel gives a notice of attack to civilians even though it will put their soldiers in a disadvantage... Simply because Israel prefers to protect her citizens rather than use them as human shields like Hamas that's why everyone is blaming Israel.

The terror their muslim brodas r commiting in northern Nigeria?They should protest for the killing of muslms in war torn Islamic nations like Syria, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Sudan. If these people want to be taken seriously, then they should also ask Hamas not to fire rockets from civilian settlement.
Israel will continue to retaliate in the direction of the threat. Nobody expects them to respond at a different location to where the rockets are coming from.
