unilag has finished selling DLI forms.
Try Open university...but you gats to prepare for serious study. I can't just advice someone to get Nigeria's HND.

better go to open university, you must be a serious student though. Don't go for HND and come back here later to tell us HND is equal to B. Sc

It depends on certain factors- your age, long term career plans, and financial situation. There is nothing wrong with getting a HND or going for a distance learning degree. The National Open University is equal good. If you don't have a first degree, I'll not advise that you get a NOUN degree. In my opinion (of course I might be wrong), NOUN works best for either those with a first degree and who need a masters or further advanced education or those who have already become successful in the labor market but need some certificate or degree to check in the box on their resume or CV that they also have a degree. In the UK, the Open University degrees seem to be equally respected as other universities', but also seem to face some "hidden" discrimination when compared to degrees earned from brick and mortar institutions.

DISCLAIMER: I am in no way against the NOUN degrees. In fact, at some point in time, I was considering applying and enrolling in the school. I think it is a fine school with a good reputation. I am only concerned that the degrees are not for everyone. One has to consider his or her situation and career and/or educational goals before taking up NOUN.
