Screening Fee: One Thousand Naira (1,000.00)
only.
Other Charges:
(a) Handling Charge: One Thousand, Two Hundred and
Fifty Naira (1,250.00) only.
(b) Bank Charge: Five
Hundred Naira (500.00) only

Candidates should come along with the original
and photocopies of the following documents
1. JAMB result slip of the UTME
2. Payment Tellers from the bank
3. Writing materials
4. Two passport photographs

Candidates are to pre-register for the screening on
the polytechnic website

Thursday preceding each of the test dates (9th and
16th August, 2014)
