RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
Make preparations for Council and committee meetings.
Respond to public inquiries.
Provide word-processing and secretarial support.



QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT:

Should possess OND minimum
Must be fluent in English speaking.
Must possess the ability to work without supervision.

Knowledge of relevant computer applications.

Must be confident and smart.
