Why will they send their vaccine? Do they owe us anything? This disease has been in Africa for more than 30 years now and what steps have our African governments taken to develop vaccines for it? No country has ever approved a research grant to study and develop vaccines against these diseases. All we do is eat money and fight petty wars among ourselves.
