Just Breaking! INEC Man, Driver Arrested With Truck Of Ballot Papers, Boxes

Eagle eyed residents of Obokun Local Government Area of Osun State early Friday, 8th August, 2014 arrested an official of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) distributing ballot papers and boxes round some communities in the local government even while INEC has not officially commenced distribution of such sensitive materials.
