The Prophet SAW use to recite this prayer against diseases known to him and ones that didn't even exist during his time. It is recommended we recite it in against EBOLA virus:

ALLAHUMMA INNI A'UZHUBIKA MINAL AJZI WAL KASAL, WAL JUBNI WAL BUKHLI WAL HARAM, WAL QASWATI WAL GHAFLATI WAL AYLAH, WAZ-ZHILATI WAL MASKANAH, WA A'UZUBIKA MINAS-SAMAMI WAL BAKAMI WAL JUNUUN, WAL JUZHAMI WAL BARASI WA (min) SAYYI'IL ASQAAM.
