Although rigging is already going on by all parties in the state. From sharing of money for gullible voters to stealing of ballot papers and worse acts I won't like to disclose here to avoid implication.

You don't have to reply the operator, they'll trace the call and get to the area the call came from within Fifteen(15) minutes. There are fast vans and choppers on ground.
