YEYENATU, so the INEC Officials and official vehicle that were arrested yesterday along with a PDP chieftain, were working for APC? the good people of Otan ile yesterday arrested the INEC official with thousands of "PDP" thumb-printed ballot papers and other election materials. If not for the people, these ballot papers would have found their way into INEC record.
